Tracie Kett – Director
Tracie manages the daily operations of the business, ensuring smooth communication between customers, glaziers, and the workshop. With decades of experience in glazing and business management, Tracie ensures every job runs efficiently and meets the company’s high standards of quality and service.
Tim Marchant – Sales manager
Tim has extensive experience across all glazing services, specialising in external and internal balustrades, shower screens, slimline double-glazed units, and leadlight repairs. He visits all potential customers to discuss requirements in detail and provide accurate quotations.
Our glaziers
Our experienced team of professional glaziers, Nige Cummings, Simon Clarke, and Corin Lewandowski, brings decades of combined hands-on expertise to every installation, repair, and replacement. From domestic and commercial projects to bespoke glazing solutions, they commit to delivering exceptional craftsmanship and precision every time.
Lee Gibbs – Office and workshop manager
Lee is based in both our office and our workshop. He manages customer enquiries by phone and in person, takes orders, oversees deliveries, and ensures the smooth running of our workshop. Lee coordinates the work schedules for our glaziers and supports both retail and account customers with expert advice.
Rick Letailleur – Glazing specialist
Rick focuses primarily on windows, doors, conservatories, and secondary glazing. He also carries out on-site visits to assess customer needs and prepare quotations.
